• Digital: a 48-bit-per-pixel image is cropped, color- and contrast-corrected, and spotted in exacting detail. The image file may be over 150 MB in size!
• Traditional: Using either lasers or LEDs, depending on the particular equipment, the printer reads the file and transfers it to standard photographic paper.
