American Robin (Turdus migratorius)

Biology:

The American Robin (Turdus migratorius) is a familiar thrush, widespread in North America. As its name implies, the American Robin is a migratory species, breeding as far north as Alaska. Most western birds (T. migratorius propinquus) such as those shown below are paler and duller overall than T. migratorius migratorius of eastern North America.
